Sachin is a Chemical engineer (B.Tech) from IIT Bombay with PGDM from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. He has over 16 years working with organisations, executives, entrepreneurs and investors, helping them evolve strategic clarity for holistic growth.

 

During his career with Accenture as a management consultant and manager, Sachin conducted and led assignments for top Indian and global corporates in the areas of strategic planning, operational excellence, and change management. His clients ranged across the automotive, metals, oil & gas, chemicals, textiles, engineering and consumer goods industries.

 

Later, Sachin successfully set-up and ran his advisory services on Indian stock markets for retail and institutional investors. He also took pleasure in guiding lay investors through interviews on business TV channels and financial publications.

 

Over the last three years, Sachin focuses on Career and Business Coaching drawing on insights from his background as an executive, consultant, investment advisor and entrepreneur. He works with small & medium enterprises, preparing them to manage the challenges of leadership, transformation and growth. His approach is based on a holistic integration of strategy, processes and people, with emphasis on the client’s specific context.

 

He also coaches key client personnel in developing their managerial, leadership and cognitive competencies. This includes training workshops, small-group coaching and one-on-one contact sessions. Not coming from typical HR background, he is coach with a difference.

 

Sachin loves to mentor young professionals and entrepreneurs in discovering their passions and pursuing their dreams. He has been a mentor and jury for various initiatives by IIM Ahmedabad, Economic Times, Mumbai Business School, IIT Bombay, SPJIMR and National Entrepreneurship Network.

 

Sachin is trained in Person-centred counselling from Xavier’s Institute of Counselling, Mumbai under Fr J.M. Fuster, and in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) by Dr Anand Nadkarni. He has working knowledge of psychometric tests and keen insights into Personality type methodologies such as MBTI.
